Dirty Tricks in Texas and Elsewhere
Apparently there is a tight Presidential race going on, and the supporters of each party are going full bore for the finish. One party is using or trying to use dirty tricks. The President of the United States is encouraging them.
Ballot boxes. Texas Governor Greg Abbot (R) has limited drop off ballot locations to one per county. https://www.texastribune.org/2020/10/11/texas-ballot-drop-off-locations/ Harris County (Houston) had twelve locations; the Governor limited them to one.

Mail service delayed. The Post Office is slowing down delivery of mail in ballots. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/usps-postal-service-delivery-rates-slower/ Several states have tight deadlines for the receipt of mail in ballots. A judge has ordered the Post Office to take extraordinary measures to see that ballots are timely delivered. Michigan and Wisconsin voters are among those whose mail in ballots might be disqualified if not received by Election Day.
