Judicial Races in Los Angeles
There are three contested judicial elections in the general election. In general, the pipeline to the trial courts is filled with white male prosecutors, who are very experienced trial attorneys. All the candidates looked quite well qualified to me, so look at their experiences and see what you think. I was interested by each of them and their life experiences, and was somewhat swayed by the LA Times endorsements and by the candidates who appeared to be more progressive.

Steve Morgan is rated well qualified by the LA Bar Assn. He is endorsed by the LA Times, LA Democratic Party and LA County Federation of Labor. https://www.morgan4judge.com/ He is an assistant DA. He got 49% of the vote in the primary. I’m voting for him.
Myanna Dellinger is the more progressive candidate . https://dellingerforjudge.com/ She got 39% of the vote in the primary. She grew up in Denmark. She is rated not qualified by the LA County Bar.
